3. The Campaign

  • Profine Technologies will establish the customer’s Local Business Listing on the contracted search engines and optimize and promote the customer’s website through various methods outlined in the contract.
  • Activation of services may take up to thirty (30) days from the payment date.
  • Customers must provide activation codes for the Local Business Listings.
  • The Prime Technologies reserves the right to substitute keywords or modify spelling to fulfill contractual obligations.

4. SEO Terms

  • Research and Development: SEO services begin immediately, with initial website analysis reports provided after acknowledgment of keyphrases and valid website access.
  • On-Site SEO Services: These will be carried out by The Prime Technologies after receiving valid website access from the customer.
  • Optimization and Marketing: Our efforts are aimed at improving search engine rankings. However, specific positions cannot be guaranteed.

5. Google My Business (GMB) Terms

  • The Prime Technologies will create and optimize Google Map Listings within a specified geographical area and industry.

  • Activation: GMB services may take 30-45 days from the payment date.

  • Customer Requirements: Customers must provide accurate business information for the listings.

  • Any changes made by the customer may impact the listings.

6. Fulfillment Policies

1. Renewal and Cancellation

  • The campaign may be subject to automatic renewal under the same terms unless canceled within 24 hours of payment receipt.
  • Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may incur fees, and cancellations during the contract period will not warrant any refunds.
  • The Prime Technologies may modify the campaign terms with one week’s notice.

2. Delivery and Refund Policy

  • Upon receiving the order and initial payment, we will schedule a kick-off meeting and provide a project timeline.
  • Timely client cooperation is essential to avoid project delays.
  • Web Development: Initial design concepts for web development are presented within the agreed timeframe. Final delivery and deployment occur after full payment.
  • SEO Services: Includes an initial audit and monthly activities with reports.
    • Deposits for web development are non-refundable once the project starts. Partial refunds may be offered during the design phase only.
    • No refunds are issued after development begins or post-delivery.
    • Initial payments for SEO services are non-refundable.
    • Monthly SEO services can be canceled with 30 days’ notice.
    • SEO results are not guaranteed, and no refunds are issued based on performance metrics.
    • Exceptions for refunds may be considered at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property
